
个人简介
袁帅,男,1993年4月出生,河北承德人。2012―2016年就读于西北农林科技大学资源环境与城乡规划管理专业,获学士学位;2016―2019年就读于武汉大学自然地理学专业,获硕士学位;2019―2024年就读于北京师范大学自然资源专业,获博士学位。2025年通过高层次人才引进至海南师范大学。
